Work Practicum

As part of the Web Design program's curriculum, each student spends four weeks with a business, working as if they were an employed web designer. This experience helps the students perfect their abilities and learn what it is like to be part of the workforce. My work practicum was spent with LongTail Ventures / Lemonfree.com one of North America's leading car search engine operators. LongTail Ventures also operates hundreds of other sites, and deals with SEO along with marketing research.
